Just some fun

I'd almost forgotten how good it is to just draw for fun - and I miss it. So I had some leftover watercolor paper, thick strips of 300 lb paper....so I made book marks or just narrow drawings - whatever.

Each strip is about 10 inches by 3 inches.  I had an evening of fun - which is what it's all about -right?

What fun. I keep saying I am going to make bookmarks and never do..Went to an Art festival in town today and saw some ATCs like we were doing long time ago now called ACEOs.. don't know when that name changed. Glad to see you doing some Art here again. :)

What a fun idea to create such book marks.

Very fun indeed.
The funny part is I do the same thing with leftover paper. Great minds lol

i can envision these as precious borders on the walls of a babies' nursery.....have you ever thought of translating your drawings into a medium such as wall decoration?

well, knock me over with a feather because I could have sworn I commented last week!!

I love the Mim-ness that oozes from the bookmarks. I'm quite smitten with the first one, probably because I love polka dots on clothes.

I need to get my art mojo back! Maybe I should start by doodling on some bookmarks too. I do have high hopes for a creative spark once I'm settled in my new digs :)

Stay cool Mim. This humidity is so damn oppressive. Ugh.

OOOOH I love your strips, such a cool size and such quirky drawings. Love them all, but I am a Mim drawings fan.
