A birdy on a limb - ain't he cute???
And my favorite - a crow - sent over to fly wishes to HB.
(That crow is either gigantic or is pecking at a very tiny ear of corn - why do I always notice these things afterwards???)HAPPY ANIMAL Wednesday everyone!

Nice sketches! I would suggest you call your crow a raven, then the corn is in perfect proportion. Ravens are huge!

enjoy your sketching. little mice are very cute except when they leave their droppings on the back steps.
My mind just told a story-the corn was a small, shriveled thing that didn't make it-and the crow was pecking the remains.
Unfortunately, my mind makes up stories to explain everything...LOL.

The crow is terrific...the corn is small...good perspective anyway. Glad you are having fun drawing!
I think your perspective is fine. I think the corn is just farther away from the crow. See,,,he's looking, trying to decide if it'll be tasty enough to hop down there to get it.
