A bit of everything
oh mim, what a beautiful and peaceful (for me too) post. i'd love to have a place like that to kayak, we are on the ocean and its quite different. i love redwinged blackbirds, we have them nearby too. and all the wildlife, what a treat.do you bring your camera in a dry bag?
How fun. A nice way indeed to end the day. I Was wondering how you had time to go and be home already but then you are three hours ahead of us.
Most appropriate for Earth Day.
Sigh....Mim, this looks great! Like Lori Ann, I am on the ocean - and while it is magnificent..there are times I long for a lake like yours.ADORE Red-winged Blackbirds.....alas, though they live up and down the California Coast, they "shun" San Francisco. What a perfect end to Earth Day!Love,♥ Robin ♥
Beautiful. We are so blessed with such a beautiful place to live. I only hope our grandchildren, and their children, get to have the same thing. Love your work
Mim, the photo is stunning!Didn't you get that powerful thunderstorm today?HOLY crap!! One boomer was like three cannon shots back to back. It shook this big house down to its foundation! Poor Emma hunkered down between me and Bri, just trembling. It cleared for an hour and then came back for an encore. Wow!Maybe it's coming your way....I'm glad you had a lovely day ;)
You have a lovely way to do life, you know that don't you?So nice that you share it with him.
That is a peaceful photo, had to be as relaxing as a glass of wine, well, sort of....it is so lovely, thanks for sharing.
it does sound like a nice way to end the day. I can hear the quiet.
I can almost hear the geese and ducks. Beautiful photograph.
