Sometimes, it is usually when I am excited about something happening the next day...like going to babysit my grandkids. Or working on some art piece. Last week I actually got up at five a.m. not having been able to sleep to go downstairs to work on ATCs. Go figure! Well my art life is exciting to me.
Every once in a while I dont sleep well and do that. Very frustrating too. I got your ATCs today. I love them both. The lizard is adorable, So is Miss Mim feeding the birds. Thank you. I will post them soon. I love the Post card. What a pretty woman she was. It was cool learning about her. It's fun to find bits of History to look up. Something we would never know about if we hadnt found that one little thing to peek our interest. Thanks.
I had a sleepless night last night. I took a Zyrtec before going to bed and was totally wired. I finally got up at 2:30 and did a few "calming" yoga poses. Anything forward-bend related helps relax me. I finally feel asleep around 3.

a nightmare. i spent a nearly sleepless night recently at Snow Farm. I think i did get two hours towards morning.
