I'm either late or early - take your pick.
I'm heading down to Mom's for a few days, so I'm sure I'll get some Scruffy pics - haven't seen the little guy in a long time!
So, this fish was started a few years ago, and I just found it the other day. It was pretty awful looking barely looked like a fish, I wish I had a picture to show you how awful it was. So I took it to Watercolor class and worked and worked and worked, and now I think it looks like a fish. It needs it's spots, but I have to take time to do that - mucho time to mask off the area that I don't want spattered with spots.
So happy slimy fishy animal week....how's that?

I think he looks wonderful - I can picture black spots like a King Salmon...is that what he is? I too have been absent for awhile - too busy with work and other things in life. Need to get myself back into art to restore my sanity.
i like the way he is entering the field of vision as well as his vibrant red and green scales with their blurred edges. he has quite the personality!
I love the richness and vibrancy of this fish! You're very talented my friend. Never doubt that!
Happy Thanksgiving from Little Rhody :)
