Not sure if I prefer rain or snow - for commuting purposes I prefer rain, but when staying home snow is so pretty. Anyway it's raining here today, and I got up late cause it was so cozy in bed. But I did take a walk and the birds were starting to do their early morning chorus!

I am a crazy woman sometimes - specifically in the winter! Summertime will see me outdoors gardening and refinishing furniture...or laying in the hammock reading.

The bird's so fantastic. I love your technique . I enlarged the picture to see it more carefully. I noticed the white lines are in fact engraved in the paper.... the texture of the paper gives the color a natural quality.
When it rains, I'd rather walk under it. :D

I was sure this bird was made from fabric until I blew up the photo and looked more closely. Very pretty colors and so well done.
