There is a commercial out now that has a Polar Bear walking into town. I always get sad when I see them. They have such a hard life now that global warming has gripped the north lands. Here the snow should be melted by days end. I will be able to keep an eye on where Luna goes in the garden. HAW.
I saw a wolf late last night...does he count? Heh,heh...it was too dark to get photos and he was racing down the fence line, bounding through feet of snow, a dark body against the white snow.
I want to see daffodils, too...I bought a dozen yesterday at the store.
For sure I'll be seeing one very cute rat TERROR/chihuahua mix, a cat who used to be fat but now she's svelt and healthy, lots of hungry squirrels and a million sparrows. Oh, and one hawk!
I didn't think this has been such a bad winter but other people seem to think so, especially someone in this house who does all the shoveling!
Today's storm is supposed to be a doozy. Snow, then rain and snow, and then tomorrow finishing off with more snow.
I adore Polar Bears - their current plight alarms and saddens me too.....
I also love Wolves.... their beauty and mystery is wonderful....
I "hate" to tell you all - but with the topsy-turvey weather around the world...Spring has made a short pre-visit to San Francisco.....no rain in 10 days- blue skies, and today, it's supposed to be 70! I am going to enjoy it while it lasts....and, I DID but some Iris and Daffodills yesterday....
it's me emily! i vote for rabbits! what am i voting for? i forgot...
kj has yellow tulips and purple irises in the livingroom. personally i am pretending all the snow is cake frosting and i am sprinkling vanilla extract and jellybeans all along the driveway.
I feel for you back there. We have green fields. A few flowers but not to many yet. Its been warmer then usual here. Which may be nice for us but what's it changing that isn't good for the environment. ?

I would be very scared if I would meet one of those!!!
I am certain that I will see some hamsters today :) Last weekend, I've seen some other animals (been to a zoo).
And yes: I am craving for some spring-flowers too.

hope we dont get too much snow, i think it is mostly supposed to be down south.
Now that would be a real surprise!
Well I rather see daffodils as well ;)
HAW!!
i am sorry you've had enough snow. come here mim, our weather thinks it is summer.
Did you see him yet? You sure have enough snow to make him feel at home!
I'm sorry but since I'm sitting here in a wet sarong with a fan hurtling a hot hurricane in my direction, that looks bloody lovely.
