Finally home - trying to be somewhat creative every day

Delayed planes. Running thru customs. Last row on the plane. No car service waiting. Happy taxi driver. Hot shower. Jammies.
Whew.

I started the drawing below on my trip up to PEI - just got thinking about flying fish and felt that they needed some structure. I swear it had nothing to do with a plane landing in the water.

Not so sure about this one, I don't like this animal too well. Maybe it's the lips. Maybe it's not finished.

Glad to be home on a cold night, all warm and cozy and thankful.

I love the flying fish plane drawings. How timely. I think that plane did swim Friday. You should send this to the company who owns that plane. :)) What do you do that you travel so much?
Word verification..Berware.. hmmm. :)

Glad you didn't end up in the river or stuck in a blizzard.

I like the zentangle face. Your art is certainly reflecting your life!

Be warm and rest.

I too am glad you were not on that plane that was so luckily and expertly glided into the Hudson!
Your fish are timely nonetheless.
Welcome home to your comfy surroundings. I hope you get a restful but creative weekend.

I thought of two people when I saw the plane crash. You and my niece who both travel a lot. (although I knew neither of you were going to VA.)
I'm glad you're home safe and warm and cozy as a posey!

I love the face and agree it looks Zentangle-ish. That eleman is funky! Or is it an eleguy...or a manaphant? Try the tail hanging down and carried lower maybe? I like him though. He kinda grows on you ;) Oh wait...is it a girl? A womaphant? An elliegirlie?

I'll say goodnight now :)
Sleep tight.

Don't let the elephants bite.

Oh, sorry! I'm leaving now.

Lolo - what funny names for that strange creature - maybe I'll like the animal better if I name it. Yes...that landing in the water was a miracle and I'm so glad everyone was OK. What an experience! Cris - I'm not sure if US air would appreciate it...but at least my friends do.
