Illustration Friday - Sail

When I first started doing any artwork, about 2 years ago, I was into collages, and after seeing alot of Claudine Hellmuth's work, did this piece. In this one, Lin is sailing away from Mr. M - after dumping into the cold ocean.
Long story, funny, not easy to tell - but it was a great fun day.
Thanks to Claudine for getting me going on this journey.

Bon Voyage! I just felt like saying that.

I recognized Claudine's influence right off the bat! You did a fantastic job with this! I'd love for you, Joss, Debra Kay, Teri and I to sit around and shoot the breeze and make art together for an entire weekend. And anyone else who would want to! For some reason I think our yapping would extend far beyond a weekend :)

Oh boy - what fun that weekend would be! You're right tho' we'd chat...and make some art...then chat some more. When I met DebraKay - we didn't stop yakking for an hour - and FY and I didn't shut up once!
