I love choices.

I had the most amazing conversation with my first husband at our son's wedding this weekend.
He talked philosphally about life and the choices we'd made...and I said: "You know, if I had not gone to Israel at 19, seen you in the kitchen of that Kibbutz and said: "Are you a Sabra born in this Kibbutz?" none of these people (all the parents meeting each other, including the bride and groom) would be here today!

Talk about paths...

I love these simple line drawings with touches of red a la E gorey. I hadnt noticed that he she was looking back till I read HB's comment. I suppose we can always look back and wonder, if I had taken that other path where would I be today? Love Lynn's story about the first husband. Hmm, did she show him in the photos??
